After purchase, digital files will be available to download through Etsy once payment is confirmed. Nothing will be posted for digital download items.

Physical products are made to order and shipped by a production partner. Processing and delivery times will be shown on each individual listing.

Digital downloads cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once downloaded.

For physical print-on-demand products, returns or exchanges are only available if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please check sizing, colours, and product details carefully before ordering.
