Announcement
Royal Mail is continuing to experience severe service disruption to international export services following a cyber incident. We are now able to send international mail, but only using the International Tracked service which is slightly more expensive than the Standard service. The delivery prices listed with each product reflect this. Please allow longer for orders to arrive as the Etsy expected delivery dates do not take the current situation into account.

In general, once your order has been despatched Royal Mail and/or ParcelForce aim for it to arrive within 3-5 working days for the UK and within 10 working days for the rest of the world - however, we can't guarantee a delivery time for international destinations since packages will have to clear Customs. If you need quicker delivery, please contact us to discuss options.
The vast majority of items in our shop are posted via Royal Mail or ParcelForce, depending upon the size and weight of the package. We use the least expensive shipping option available, which generally means that items are not trackable or insured. Please contact us if you would prefer we use a different shipping method for your order.
Previously worn costumes are also be sent via courier, are trackable, and shipping prices quoted include insurance up to the value of the costume you're buying.
International customers, please note that there may be additional taxes and duties due when your order arrives, but we have no way of estimating what these may be. You will be responsible for paying these.
