Thankfully all Royal Mail postage issues seem to have been resolved and shipping is currently back to normal I’m happy to say!
I’ve sadly received a damaging and very negative review due solely to custom charges and the customer not collecting the parcel in time. I’m sure 99% of you understand already but, please please be sure to understand your own country’s custom laws before choosing to order from me. If you’re unsure, please do contact me and I can see what I can research. Just like everyone else making and selling, this is not my responsibility and I cannot research and list information for each individual country. Thanks so much for your understanding :)

Payment
Full payment is usually required before the commencement of printing. All goods remain the property of The Whistle Press until paid for in full.
I will create a listing for your deposit and another one for the remaining balance in my Etsy shop.
Delivery
I dispatch orders with an overnight courier delivery service to the UK mainland (Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore require two working days).
