A little about The Whistle Press.....

Hi, I'm Suzanne and I create beautiful, bespoke and personal stationery, combining modern and antique methods creatively and thoughtfully.
I love all things design, stationery and above all…..letterpress! I'm definitely a little obsessed! It is fair to say it's a huge passion.
This passion shines through in all of the unique designs and letterpress wedding invitations and suites. Every order is patiently handmade, lovingly assembled and meticulously checked over.
I design and print all work in house at a perfectly petite design & print studio in the wonderful world renowned, UNESCO city of Bath in the South West of England. I enjoy and are constantly inspired by the alluring views from my studio windows and the enticing countryside and woods that surround. Beautiful sunsets keep me going when I'm working overtime! As you will surely see, a lot of the work I create is inspired by nature and it’s beauty shines through.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns. All of our products are either personalised or fully bespoke and made to order.
Any cancellation after the printing stage will still be charged at the full rate.
Any cancellations after approval of proof but before we have commenced printing are charged at 50% of full rate. We do not advise our customer when printing has commenced and this can be at any stage after approval of the proof.
Any cancellation made once we have commenced work on a proof and/or design work, will be charged at 50%.

Any damaged goods must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to reprint and deliver replacements if required as soon as possible. These will take priority of our workflow in order for us to settle the issue swiftly. They will then be dispatched using our usual courier method(s). We cannot expedite any delivery.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required before we commence work on creating a proof or before any design work starts.
Full payment is usually required before the commencement of printing. All goods remain the property of The Whistle Press until paid for in full.
I will create a listing for your deposit and another one for the remaining balance in my Etsy shop.
We ship worldwide and quote delivery prices per individual enquiry. Depending on the destination, it usually takes 5-7 working days for delivery but could take longer. The client is responsible for all import duties and taxes on international deliveries.
We dispatch our orders with an overnight courier delivery service to the UK mainland (Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore require two working days).
We cannot be deemed responsible for any delay, damage or loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to – weather, natural disasters, and political disturbances.

As we often rely on third party suppliers to source our materials, we cannot guarantee availability of any of our products. If we have any delay or problem sourcing stock, we will endeavour to inform you if we believe it may affect your order. In the event of a material not being available, we have the right to substitute it for an alternative. If we feel this may affect your order, we will endeavour to contact you before we go ahead.
