The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details

We are happy to issue replacement items to anyone receiving damaged or faulty goods.

If you receive an item which was damaged in transit or otherwise faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will require you to send us a photograph of any damage/fault on the item before the replacement is dispatched.


If you would like to return your item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. Once it has been returned to us, we will issue you with a full refund, covering the cost of the item and the original cost of outgoing shipping. However, return postage will be at the buyer's expense.

You must keep the 'Proof of Postage' slip from post office as proof that the item was indeed mailed back to us, should it go missing in transit.

Your Thefty items will be shipped to you within 3-5 working days of payment.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. This is an untracked service.

Royal Mail estimates that parcels will arrive in 2-3 days from dispatch. However, as delays do occasionally occur, we only consider a parcel "lost in the post" after 6 working days and will not send out replacements before this.


All non-UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery. This is an UNTRACKED service. Royal Mail estimates that items will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

However, as delays do occasionally occur, we only consider a parcel "lost in the post" after 14 working days and will not send out replacements before this.


Import Fees, Duties, and Customs fees are not included in shipping costs, and are not covered by us under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for paying any such fees.


If you would like to upgrade your delivery method (for example, for express delivery) please get in touch before ordering and we can arrange a custom order!


Please double check that you have provided Etsy with the correct delivery address for your order! If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not reaching you! In this instance, we are happy to re-ship items that are returned to Thefty by Royal mail. However, we ask that the redelivery costs are covered by you, the customer. Thank you.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
