*We cannot offer refunds for delays in shipping outside of our control. Please order in plenty of time. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Next Day for orders needed for a certain date*
We do not accept returns as our products are personalised or made to order. If there is a mistake with your order please contact within 7 days of receiving your package and I will do my best to replace.
Please note refund or exchanges will only be accepted if there is a fault or an inaccuracy in the personalisation that does not match what was provided. Replacements will be sent via standard delivery, please get in contact asap if your event is within 2 weeks.
