Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any issues.

RETURNS
You may return your purchase for a full refund, less the shipping cost, by following these simple steps:
- contact us via Etsy Convo and we will get back to you with a returns address
- ensure that your item is in unused condition and in its original packaging
- ship your purchase to the provided returns address and retain a receipt of delivery

We will contact you once we have received your returns, and your refund will be applied within 3-5 business days of receipt.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer item exchanges - if you would like an item in place of another, please return your original purchase by following the above guidelines and place a new order for the item you like.

PLEASE NOTE: custom/personalised orders and sale items are exempt from our refund policy.

Delivery
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Orders to UK destinations (excluding Channel Islands) are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class services, and are expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Upgrade: Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class services, and is expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Orders to destinations outside the UK are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail services, and are expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Upgrade: Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery. Orders can be tracked electronically and require a signature on delivery.

International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees.


PLEASE NOTE: the above transit times are approximations provided by UK Royal Mail; if you have not received your order by the estimated delivery date, please let us know. We allow postal services up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery and 4 weeks for international delivery, before resending/ refunding any orders.

We have teamed up with the Maternal Aid Association (Maa), a grassroots charity dedicated to supporting mothers in Bangladesh. Maa provide medicine, resources and education to mothers and young women with the aim to improve maternal healthcare and empower the next generation of women in resource-poor communities. Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders

Although we try our best to accommodate to all requests, custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Unless there is a fault on our part, once you have placed an order for your custom piece, you can no longer cancel, return or exchange it.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our items are boxed and authenticated with our signature Thread & Rock touches. Multiple items are wrapped in one box, unless requested otherwise. If you would like us to send your gift directly to the recipient, please include the gift recipient's full name and address in the "note to seller”.

Care instructions

Every item is handmade with delicate materials which would appreciate your careful handling. Please refer to the points below on how to preserve the condition of your bracelet:

- Remove jewellery before swimming/ bathing – although we use high quality threads and cords, these are likely to fray when soaked
- Gold-plated/ Silver-plated findings may lose luster and tarnish over time; dust, oils and dirt can accumulate on the jewellery and make it dull; should this happen, you can gently scrub clean using toothpaste and an old toothbrush or a jewellery cleaning cloth
- Store jewellery away from sunlight, heating vents and window sills – direct sunlight and/or extreme temperatures may fade gemstones

Sizing details

Our items are made to accommodate the petite frame (i.e. wrists measuring 5-7”) and most our bracelets are adjustable. If you would like an item in a custom size, please feel free to contact us via Etsy Convo, or alternatively place a custom order with your wrist measurements.
