Tilly~jane Crafts, something special for that someone special

I love nature of all sorts and living on the Cornish coast allows me to indulge in a lot of nature but not surprisingly the beach is the place I invariably end up!

Pebble art started as something to do with all the pebbles, driftwood and seaglass that always came back with me from my days out on the beach. I loved the way they took shape as people and animals.

I'd been making greeting cards for a while and loved making the 3D bouquet cards which are a real labour of love but so worth it when the finished product comes to life.

So I decided maybe this is something I should be doing as a job, so here we are spending days collecting "stock" from our glorious Cornish beaches, sometimes in the rain but thats ok ;) and creating unique, personalised pieces of Pebble Art.

On time delivery is all important to Tilly~jane Crafts. All products have a dispatch time attached to them and I will always strive to meet this.

Custom/Personalised orders may take a day or so extra but I will endeavour to get these out to you as quickly as possible.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless there is a fault or mistake that was our error, so please make sure you check and double check your spelling and any other wording given.

If you have purchased an unpersonalised item that once you receive you have changed your mind about, I am more than happy to refund you on return of the item in an unused and re-sellable condition ( please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs)

If you are not satisfied with a product for whatever reason please let me know and I will try my hardest to make it right for you!

We accept debit/credit card payments through Etsy.

We also accept Paypal - if using the Paypal method, simply put, I want to deliver your product as quickly as possible but I'm unable to until payment is processed.

Shipping
All artwork and cards are made to order just for you and as such times can vary depending on design and current numbers of orders in front of yours. Please look at each individual listing for current shipping times.

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery. Please check individual products for costs. We do offer an upgrade to 1st class Recorded Delivery and this can be done on checkout.

All international orders will be sent Standard International Airmail. Please check individual products for costs.

We do offer a tracking upgrade for all International deliveries and this you can do when you check out.

A The majority of our cards and artwork can be personalised, all you need to do is contact me with your requirements.

Q Does personalising a card or artwork cost extra?
A No! not at all, its all part of the service.

Q How is my product packaged?
A All Artwork & Cards will be sent in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All artwork is packed in protective packaging and sent to you boxed.

If you don't receive your item in perfect condition please contact me immediately.
