Tin Teddy Die Cuts

I don't remember when I first started crafting, but my mum says I dismantled a stuffed toy (to see how it was made) when I was three. Nearly 50 years later and I am still curious to learn new crafty skills and techniques.

Although I enjoy lots of crafts (too many, perhaps), card making, scrapbooking and other paper crafts have always been one of biggest favourites.

I love making die cuts for use in my crafting, and had requests from craft friends to make some for them too. And from this, Tin Teddy Die Cuts was born.

I will be offering a wide range of fun die cuts to help bring your crafting projects to life.

Since 2012 I have been selling clip art, digital papers and collage sheets for crafts in my Etsy shop, Tin Teddy.

I blog about my crafts, including the things I make with my Etsy graphics and die cuts, on the Tin Teddy Blog. If you are using my products to make items to sell, check out the blog for lots of hints and tips. www.TinTeddy.com

I am the author of "Make It, Blog It, Profit! - Blog post ideas for craft sellers" - a book full of inspiration and ideas for craft sellers who want to use their blog to increase sales. It is available on Amazon and other book sellers, or in digital format in my Tin Teddy digital graphics shop, here on Etsy.

Every fortnight I release a new episode of the Craft Seller Success Podcast - helping craft sellers sell their crafts. It is available on the Tin Teddy Blog or iTunes or via www.CraftSellerSuccess.com

I have a third shop on Etsy - AntiqueDogPrints - specializing in original antique and vintage dog prints (cunning name, eh?)

Frequently asked questions
Colours

Every computer screen has a different capability to display colors. Also, everybody sees colours a little differently. So there might be slight variations in the colours you see on your monitor or screen and the actual colours in real life.

Die Cut Materials

Felt - I use two sorts of felt.

Acrylic Felt - this is great for detailed die cuts and perfect for card making and similar crafts. It is soft and versatile. I use quality, sturdy 2 mm thick acrylic felt.

30% Wool Felt - this is a 1 mm felt and ideal for very intricate detailed items. It is soft but sturdier than many wool felt blends. I use a quality felt that conforms to the Safety and Toys standard EN71 Parts 1, 2, 3.

Funky Foam

I use 2mm EVA funky foam which is strong, evenly coloured and easy to glue with tacky or PVA type glues (white glue). Funky foam die cuts are very versatile. They can be inked, painted, curved and snipped.

My order hasn't arrived... or is damaged...

Please allow 14 working days for UK orders. I can file a claim with Royal Mail and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund, which ever you prefer.

Shipping to other countries can take a while. I can not predict this, of course. Just let me know if you think there is a problem.

I try to pack your orders so they will arrive safely. If something untoward should happen, just let me know straight away and I can replace or refund you as required. I may require the items to be returned to me, but will pay the postage if this is the case.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

Indeed you can.

Contact me within 30 days of receiving your die cuts. Once they are returned, I will refund or exchange your die cuts, whichever you prefer.

You are responsible for return postage costs. Be sure to pack them well as I can not refund in full if they arrive back damaged. You may prefer to insure or track your parcel.

If you wish to return goods and are outside of the EU, please be sure to mark the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS". If you don't then it may be liable to import fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I am happy to.

Let me know if you would like:
* a different colour to what is currently on offer
* a different quantity
* to mix and match packs

Just message me here on Etsy, or email me.

Please note that I am usually unable to change the dimensions of the die cuts, sorry. If the size can be changed, it will say so in the listing.
