I reached out asking if they could make me a very specific item, as a gift. They were so, so wonderful to work with! Quick to respond, open to changes/feedback, and suggested some additions that made it even better! Cannot say enough positive things about this store! The glass itself feels sturdy and high quality and the etching is perfect. I would happily order from them again!
