Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
You will have 14 days from the receipt of goods to return your item to me if you wish to change your mind on your order.
Item(s) should be returned to me via the original method of delivery i.e Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class signed for delivery or by the courier service originally used at your expense and in the original packaging sent by me.
You have a responsibility to ensure it is packaged as it was when you received it to prevent the likelihood of any damages during transit.
You will then need to provide me with the relevant tracking number of said item.
You will receive a refund for the original item cost (product+p&p of you receiving the item) within 14 days of you providing the tracking number for return postage.

Bespoke and personalised items are exempt from this agreement and can only be returned for refund if they arrive to you damaged during transit.
In any event that this should happen you must return your damaged order to me via the original method of postage (Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class signed for delivery or original courier service) and in the original packaging that was sent to you within 14 days of receiving it.
You have a responsibility to ensure it is packaged as it was originally in order to prevent or minimise any further damage to the item during return postage.
You must then provide me with the tracking number of that item. You will then receive a full refund for your order within 14 days.
This will include the original cost of your item, the p&p of the item being sent to you plus the cost of you returning the item to myself.

If your item has arrived damaged, please send me photographic evidence of the damage for the benefit of any Royal Mail/courier service compensation claim that I may need to undertake in relation to your broken/damaged item(s).

In the event that your order has failed to be delivered by Royal Mail, please allow 15 days before the item can be properly classed as missing. I will then track your parcel to try and establish its whereabouts and discuss with you the offer of refund or replacement if required.
Payment
Please ensure that your correct postal address is listed on your PayPal account! I will not be held responsible if your item is shipped to an incorrect address due to you not updating your account.
Once checkout has been completed I will proceed with the creation of your item and dispatch within the times specified on that listing. If there are any delays, I will inform you via message.
Please message me with your preferred colours, if the listing states that these can be altered, and also the relevant information that I will need to complete your item, such as birth details, name etc, if that particular listing is a bespoke item.
Shipping
Items will be despatched using Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class signed for delivery or courier service, depending on the price quoted, within the specified timescale of the listing, however please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

You will be notified of any delays on the dispatch of items. Although I will endeavour to keep these to a minimum, timescales may increase during busy periods such as Christmas etc.

A tracking number will be provided to you once your item(s) have been dispatched.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please ensure that your correct postal address is listed on your PayPal account. I will not be held responsible if your order is shipped to an incorrect address due to you not updating your account. Thank you

PRIVACY POLICY
The security of your personal information is important to me and as such I am a GDPR compliant business. This privacy policy describes how I collect, use and share your information when you purchase an item from me, contact me or otherwise use my services through Facebook, Etsy, Paypal, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest or email. I will only gather, use and retain your data (name, address, email and phone number) for it`s intended purpose - to fulfil your order, for customer service (queries, disputes and refunds etc) and for my legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Your data is stored securely with certain safeguards in place. The physical copies such as order forms and invoices are retained within a locked filing cabinet within my home and all devices which I use to access your data, such as Facebook, Etsy, Instagram, Paypal, Email and Courier Accounts, are protected by a double authentication process i.e fingerprint and password locked, to which only I have access to. I generally store all data for the time period of 7 years after which this will be deleted and shredded. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop such as delivery companies ( primarily Royal Mail or DPD), Etsy and Paypal. It is necessary for me to share your personal data with these third parties but only to the extent needed to perform these services. This privacy policy does not apply to the practises of these third parties that I do not own or control. You can however view their policies on their own websites should you wish to do so. For the purposes of EU data protection laws, I, Karen Hill am the data controller of your personal information.
