Delivery
✿ UK Customers: we post using Royal Mail First Class as standard.
✿ International Customers: everything is shipped via standard international airmail (7-14 days).
✿ Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
✿ We wrap our products carefully for the best possible protection during shipping .
✿ All orders will be shipped out first class within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If you place your order on Monday, your first business day is Tuesday.
✿ We always ship to the address provided when you place your Etsy order. If there is an issue with this address then we'll get in touch with you to resolve before we ship the order. The best bet is to double check your address to prevent any delays :)
✿ If the item is a gift, it can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please contact us directly.
✿ If an item is returned due to an insufficient address, we will contact you for further instruction. We'll be happy to reship you the item, with an additional shipping fee.
