4 out of 5 starsI just made two of these dresses for my daughters. I would rate it advanced beginner the way it’s written because the bias tape instructions are very very vague. I am a beginner and I spent a LOT of time on YouTube to figure it out. Also, there are no instructions for the different sleeve lengths except for the one short sleeve version. They came out super super cute though!! I made them out of pillowcases which saved me from sewing the skirt panels together and hemming.
