Frequently asked questions
I've ordered from outside the UK and my order hasn't arrived, how long does it usually take?
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, postage outside of the UK is taking significantly longer. We usually find that orders going to the US for example take anything from two - three weeks because of customs, but during these difficult times, there are even more delays so please do be patient.
We strive to get your orders out within 1-3 business days and make two trips to the post office each week to protect ourselves and those around us.
I've ordered from outside the UK and my order hasn't turned up yet, is there tracking available?
Unless you've chosen to pay for the shipping upgrade 'International Tracked & Signed' then unfortunately not. By default we send everything via 'Standard Shipping' to keep postage as cheap for our customers as we possibly can. Our customers then have the option to upgrade the postage at checkout.
We simply cannot track your order if you chose 'Standard Shipping' as no tracking is available with this service.
Do our prints come in any other sizes?
Unfortunately not, each print is tailored for its size.
If I'm purchasing an item from the U.S/Canada/Australia/New Zealand etc. how long should I expect to wait for my order from dispatch?
Please be patient while waiting for your order as international orders can take a few weeks especially due to customs.

We send all of our products via Royal Mail and give our customers the option of how they'd like their orders posted so it completely depends on the type of postage chosen.
How are international orders sent?
We give our customers the option of how they'd like their orders posted internationally, from standard shipping to International Tracked & Signed.
How long should I wait for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days.

How will my order be packaged?
All of the packaging we use is manufactured in the UK using 100% recycled/recyclable materials. We send all of our A3 & A2 prints in a triangular postal tube, our smaller prints and greeting cards are sent in hard backed envelopes (if being sent internationally we will package your smaller prints in biodegradable cellophane for extra security). Enamel pins and coasters are sent in padded postal paper bags.
How are your greeting cards packaged?
We use compostable and Bio-degradable cello bags made from Vegetarian Starch.
