Welcome to TreeSeer, the shop that carries a selection of bits and bobs made by me, Simon Lilly. I hope you enjoy looking around. Usually I try to explain what and why I am doing what I'm doing, but if you have any other questions feel free to converse!

I tend to work on many projects simultaneously, playing around with variations on a theme. So if you like something but it's not quite right, I may have something similar tucked away that might suit you better.

Nearly everything is completely made by my hand, with the exception of turned wooden items, that are usually made by a good friend of mine who knows what sort of thing I like to work with.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I hope you are delighted by your purchase when it arrives, but if there is a problem, let me know as soon as you can , within 48 hours of delivery, and we will see if an exchange can be made, or if a refund is appropriate.

Refunds will only be given on safe receipt of the returned item.

Return postage costs will not be automatically given, unless the item is faulty.

Please keep proof of posting and other confirmations if you are returning something, as I am not responsible for damage or loss that might occur on its way back here.
Paypal is by far the easiest and most secure way of payment these days, so that is what I prefer to use. Let me know if you need to make payment some other way and we'll see what is possible.
Within the UK all items are posted by Special Delivery for arrival next day. If there is a problem with this for some reason I will let you know of the alternative method.

If there is a delay in posting your item we will let you know approximate posting dates, but generally, you item will get sent within 2-4 days of your receiving your order.

All items posted outside of the UK will be sent by International Signed For, which allows the item to be tracked and tends to speed the whole process. Packets can still occasionally get held up at customs for several weeks, but usually, in our experience, most things arrive within 7 -14 days. With tracking, at least you know when something is stuck in customs and not lost on the high seas!

If you know that you will not be available to sign for your package, or your postal service is not as efficent as it could be, let me know when you make your order. I can send goods just using Royal Mail Tracking services - this means there will be no signature required at your end, but we will be still be able to follow the package and know where it is.

It is important to keep an eye on the status of your packet by simply clicking on the tracking number I have included on your notification. This will take you directly to the postal sites dealing with the delivery.

If a Tracked and Signed package cannot be delivered or signed for because no one is in to take delivery at the address, a note should be left asking you to contact the depot for you to give other options.
Sometimes this is not done, so that you do not even know a delivery has been attempted and has failed. If the package is not collected by a certain time, it will be returned to sender. It is therefore very important that you check the status of the delivery every few days to see where it has got to.

Remember, you are able to track your package. Just click the link on your notification of posting ( the highlighted tracking number). This will show you where your items have got to.

Please do not leave it more than a month to let me know if you think that something has gone astray: there is a time limit on following up lost packages.

The customer is responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes that are levied in their own country.

Prints and other artwork are sent unmounted and safely rolled within postal tubes - posting large, flat items internationally generally results in bending and damage to corners etc. so we have stopped doing that, except for small sizes that can be adequately rigidified.
