Als Kind waren Glitter & Rainbows meine Lieblingssachen zum Dekorieren. Auf ALLES. Sehr zum Entsetzen meiner Mutter. Glitzer, der Herpes des Handwerks, landete überall im Haus. Die Liebe hat sich nicht verflüchtigt, sondern wird in bestimmten Schmuckstücken nur noch sparsam eingesetzt.
Diese beiden Frauen waren der Anstoß und die Inspiration für die Kreation dieser Glasmalereien.
Meine Mutter ist eine Künstlerin, die mir erlaubt hat, jedes einzelne Handwerk, das sie aufnimmt, zu basteln und zu lernen. Deshalb lernte ich die Kunst der Glasmalerei vor 14 Jahren, als sie auf Festivals ging, um handgefertigte Waren zu verkaufen. Ich würde Geburtstagsgeschenke für meine beste Freundin kreieren und ab ihrem 25. Geburtstag waren diese Kreationen geboren.

As a child, Glitter & Rainbows were my favorite things to decorate with. On EVERYTHING. Much to the dismay of my Mother. Glitter, being the herpes of crafts, did end up all over the house. The love has not dissipated, but is only used sparingly in certain jewelry pieces now.
Those two women have been the push & inspiration behind the creation of these stained glass items.
My Mother is an artist who has allowed me to tinker & learn every single craft she takes up. Therefore I learned the art of Stained Glass 14 years ago when she would attend festivals to sell handmade goods. I would create birthday gifts for my best friend & from her 25th birthday these creations were born.
