Please note that Trisha's Wishes provides custom made items. At all times, we take a fair and decent approach to providing you with complete satisfaction, value for money, and confidence in our small, friendly creative outlet.

It's important to us and for your benefit, to request that you are clear and precise when agreeing the specifications of, and keep a digital record of any discussions regarding, your order(s).

At all times, we are guided first and foremost by legal rights and the law, and with these in mind, we cannot - unless there are exceptional circumstances - replace items or provide refunds. We are happy however to investigate any exceptional issues arising, promptly and thoroughly.

Should you require an investigation into items that are received 'not as described' or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt, as any such items must be returned to us within 5 days.

Please note we cannot provide postage for any items you return, however once these items are received by us, if it is deemed necessary to repair or replace items like for like, then we will seek to do so without any further costs to you, as promptly as we can in the circumstances. If there is any extra charge deemed necessary, we will discuss this with you and come to a new agreement before taking any further action.

Whilst damage may occur during transit, we cannot be responsible for this but will provide any information we can to support any claim you choose to make against delivery services.

Your satisfaction with our provision is important, so please be assured that our response and due process will be fair and decent.

In the event of any further clarity being required, we hope that this article proves to be of use to you:
We always ask for payment upfront, as our items are custom made and include some element of personalisation, even if it's simply providing an item to specific size and colour.

Payment can be made safely and securely online, here at Etsy, and once payment is made, this confirms and secures your order.

Please note it's very important for you to be sure to place your order with as much detail as necessary, as once payment is received, we have an agreement and our work begins.
All our items are, unless otherwise requested, sent out to you '2nd Class Signed For', therefore ensuring that you or your representative will be asked to sign for your item upon receipt.

This provides an extra level of security for you and us.

We look to deliver as per the delivery time stated on the order information, and quite often can and will deliver earlier than this time. Please note however that we look to create bespoke items and therefore in exceptional circumstances, a short delay may occur. We will work whatever way we can to minimise this delay, and keep you informed as to the expected delivery time.

Conversations regarding your orders can be used as a record of agreement, and referred to should any clarity be required.
