Michael is an absolute angel. I reached out to him with questions about a custom order/color and he had it ordered within a few hrs. It arrived earlier than we expected and he updated me every single step of the way, including pics of the final product to ensure I was happy with the colors. I am blown away by his customer service and the time from start to finish- it was less than a week and shipped right after. I will be returning for more and hopefully more ideas for things he can create ;)
