Unfortunately Royal Mail have increased their shipping costs which has meant I have had to increase prices for International Orders. I am so sorry to have to do this and have looked around for other shipping options but Royal Mail currently seem to be the cheapest for smaller items.

I am a Twin...I love to create....I am still an individual....Twindividual ;)

Hello There!! I first started Twindividual Creations back in 2012 and was originally hoping to make cards and gifts aimed at Twins as, being a Twin myself I found there wasn’t really much out there. In 2015 I invested in some new equipment which has excitingly allowed me to expand my product range into all things personalised with mugs, clothing and many many more, which thrillingly means I can also bring back my original Gifts for Twins from Twins idea as well as some amazing gifts for Wedding Parties and Absolutely Everyone Else!

Welcome to Twindividual Creations!
Twindividual has now moved from Essex to North Wales and we are now expanding our range into personalised goods such as mugs and t-shirts, as well as Wedding Stationery and Greetings Cards.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
Refunds will be accepted on goods that haven't been personalised as long as the product is in it's original condition and you let me know within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned you will then receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.

If Personalised Goods have been printed in error or damaged in transit please get in touch and we can discuss replacement options.
All payments are to be made within 3 days of purchase, if you have not paid after a day you will be sent a reminder! After the 3 days if a payment still hasn't been made I'm afraid your order will be cancelled, unless you have made contact to explain otherwise.

Current shipping time is currently 1-2 weeks. Wherever possible I will attempt to ship all items within a few days of purchase, however I will always keep you informed as to when items have been sent or if I have been delayed for some reason.

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or by Local Courier. They should usually arrive a day or 2 after you receive your dispatch notification and will require a signature on delivery.

If you would would like to upgrade to guaranteed next day delivery (from dispatch) please select the Special Delivery Upgrade Option.

All International Orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed

If you would like your parcel sooner, please select the COURIER UPGRADE Option this will arrive between 1 - 3 days after your dispatch notification. Please also include your telephone number in the notes to seller if selecting this option as the Courier Company require it in case of any issues.

Once the items have been sent I'm afraid I do not have any control over what happens to them, however as far as I know these are the estimated shipping times Europe and the Rest of the World:

--- Items posted within Europe should take between 5-7 business days.

--- Other international shipping destinations will take 1-3 weeks. Maybe longer due to location or due to postal delays

Particularly in the USA and Canada there may be further delays due to Customs, which I cannot be responsible for, I will do all I can at this end to try and reduce the delay! Please be aware as the buyer that you will be responsible for any customs fees in your country as I have no way of knowing what these will be beforehand.

All Twindividual Products are lovingly wrapped in Tissue paper and then any further protection to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition. Some boxes and packaging may be recycled, in order to help the environment, however please let me know if you would like all new packaging!

1) Are the Satin Coated Mugs Dishwasher and Microwave Safe?
- The mugs are Microwave Safe and should be OK with the occasional journey through the dishwasher but to preserve the print Hand Washing is recommended!

2) Why is International Shipping so expensive?
- International shipping has increased as I have had to upgrade to Tracked due to so many parcels getting lost on the way. If you would like to not have your parcel tracked and have cheaper shipping please send me a message and I shall create a custom listing for you with the lower shipping cost.

3) What if my mugs arrives broken?
- If your mug does not arrive in one piece please let me know straight away - send pictures if possible and I'll do my best to either send you another one or refund you the mug price.

4) Can I return personalised items?
- Unfortunately as each item is made to order they cannot be returned or refunded.
