Two For Joy Illustration is an independent publisher of distinctive Greeting Cards, with an emphasis on beautiful, playful illustrations, paired with hand drawn typography.

Hello! I'm Louise, and I run Two For Joy Illustration from my little studio in Ipswich, Suffolk.

I am a digital illustrator and maker based in coastal Suffolk; self confessed lover of odd shaped polkadots, and colouring outside the lines. My drawing style is playful, spilling over outlines and created with muted brights and hand drawn typography.
I love creating little clusters of illustrations based around a theme, and then developing a giftware collection from there. I also LOVE making things, which is still a big part of my brand, thanks to my Handmade Wooden Print Hangers, one of my best selling products.

I fell in love with digitally drawing shortly after graduation, when I worked in print design for a childrenswear company. After lots of drawing development, I honed in on my signature style, and developed a range of greetings cards initially, expanding on some of my favourite designs, to create a few fun giftware collections.
I now have over 200 greeting card designs, many translated into Welsh too! You can find a wide range of my products here in my Etsy shop.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
You have the right to change your mind about your purchase; if you are not happy with your order please do get in contact, and we can organise a return. Please contact me to express your request for a refund within 14 calendar days.

We will not refund face masks, or items when are open or in a used condition, or ones that have been personalised.

Once a personalised order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. Please cancel any orders the same working day. If I think you have duplicated your order or bought something in error, i will always contact you. Within 2 days if i have not heard back, i will send your order to production.

If your item has not arrived in the stated time, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation :)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are posting from overseas, please clearly state 'RETURNING TO SENDER' on the envelope, to avoid customs charges. If packages are subject to customs charges on their way back to me, the costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please pay promptly with PayPal/By card after checkout. Thankyou! Your order will not be confirmed my end until you do so.
All orders will be dispatched after their processing time. All orders are sent 'Royal Mail second class' / 'International Tracked & Signed' as standard, and you have the option to upgrade your postage at the checkout.
Please note, within the UK, second class is approximately 3-5 working days, first class is approximately 1-2 working days.
These shipping times are on top of the processing times.

If you need an order urgently, please do let me know and i'd be happy to advise the best thing to do :)

If you have not selected a tracked service, unfortunately, I cannot track your item.

I do of course obtain proof of postage for all of my post, and can claim back refunds from Royal Mail for broken / incompletely / lost mail. I will do this for you so that you do not have to deal with Royal Mail. Once RM has refunded me, I would be happy to refund or replace your order. This can take up to 21 working days after a complaint has been filed.

For incomplete mail, please do get in contact and send me a photograph and I can take this up with Royal Mail directly.

For lost mail, again please do get in contact and I'd be happy to help with any inquiries. Please note, cases with Royal Mail will not be considered until any post has not arrived or had an attempted delivery until 10 working days after dispatch. Working Days are Monday-Friday, not including day of dispatch, or any UK Bank Holidays.
During busy times, this may be extended.

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes on their shipped items.

For returns, buyers are also responsible for any return postage costs back to me. Please obtain proof of postage and/or tracking, as I cannot refund you until I have the products back at my studio.

If you are returning, please clearly mark 'RETURN' on the package - this will ensure no further customs are to be paid if shipping from overseas.
Any customs or postal charges I have to pay to receive returns will be deducted from your refund.

We also reserve the right to retain a restocking fee of 5% - but I'll probably let you off if you're nice to me! <3

Royal Mail are my chosen delivery service. I think they do an amazing job, and I'm yet to see them dropkick a parcel over my fence.

Can I get something from your shop super quickly?

Yes! I post most orders within 2 working days, but I can get something out super fast, if you just send me a message before you purchase, so I know to look out for it.
I post Royal Mail Second Class as standard, you can upgrade to First Class at checkout, and even tracked services too.
