A Primitive Beginning

It all started in Chicago, on a weekend trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We stopped to walk around a wonderful warehouse full of reclaimed materials from old buildings and homes. We loved looking at all of the items, from mantles to door handles, and thinking about the unique stories behind each of them.

That was the inspiration to what is now our passion...seeking out and creating items with vintage character.

Whether it's some rusted metal, a weathered piece of wood or old wire, we truly enjoy creating home decor that serves a purpose but also takes you back in time.
