All items are dispatched within 1-3 days or 1-2 weeks for Dyed to Order yarns after payment has been received and confirmed by PayPal. Items will be dispatched Mon - Fri, with the exception of Bank Holidays.

I try to keep shipping as low as possible. For this reason, I have various shipping rates that relate to the size and weight of the items you purchase, and with each option, you can choose standard shipping or to upgrade your shipping option to tracked and signed for.

EU Countries: £4.00 (1st Class standard shipping).

All Other Countries: £4.70 (1st Class standard shipping)

EU Countries: £6.80 (1st Class standard shipping)

Postage & Packaging to Canada and U.S.A is sent 1st Class via Airmail and is charged at £7.00 (1st Class standard shipping). Due to a few parcels going missing I would highly recommend that you choose the optional Tracked and Signed for shipping option at checkout as I cannot be held responsible for missing orders once they have been shipped. Tracked and signed for will cost a flat rate of £12.00 for one large shipping packet, this fits around 3 to 4 skeins of yarn.

Please note:
I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been passed to the Royal Mail or for delays in delivery due to circumstances out of my control, such as postal strikes, the current COVID-19 crisis or the Christmas holiday period when delivery is always slower. Should an exceptional event occur I will inform you of this at the time of purchase or as near to it as possible.

PLEASE NOTE I AM BASED IN THE UK AND SHIPPING OVERSEAS CAN TAKE TIME TO ARRIVE.

Shipping outside of the UK may take longer, up to as much as 6 weeks though it should be noted that this is not the norm - it can be incredibly quick - 3-5 working days to the rest of Europe and 3-7 working days to the US/Australia/New Zealand/Japan, etc.

Please note that for overseas shipping I cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit once packages have been passed to the Royal Mail as insurance is not available on standard shipping. However, if there is a problem at any stage please do contact me and I will endeavour to rectify the problem to your satisfaction as soon as I possibly can.

I reserve the right to amend this, at my discretion, at any stage to an upgrade of recorded/special delivery (trackable) for UK orders or Airsure/International Signed For (trackable) for non UK orders at no additional expense to the customer but this will only apply on orders of a significant value e.g. over £20.00 GBP ex shipping in the UK and over £50.00 GBP to outside of the UK and this is only a guide not a given.

Please note that orders placed outside of the EU may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.

Postal address - orders will be sent to the ship to address indicated on your Etsy order. Please ensure that this is your correct address and if there is a significant difference to your PayPal address that you contact me to confirm the correct and full postal address. I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to discrepancies in Etsy to PayPal delivery addresses. Please note that your delivery, i.e. PayPal address, really should always be your Etsy address for security reasons - if it isn't please contact me.

Please be aware that with artisan hand-dyed yarn the colours can run although I try to ensure that all my yarn is colourfast, darker colours are apt to run and I cannot be held liable for this. Please follow the washing recommendations which is to wash separately by hand in cool water.
