1 out of 5 starsI spent £580 on this product which took three weeks to arrive for a very large wedding. I had already spent a further £1014.00 with this seller on other products. When we unpacked the poles we discovered they were not fit for purpose and could not be attached to one another because the threads were wrong. Due to the time sensitivity asking for a replacement was not an option. I found a local metal worker who replaced the threads for £80. I asked the seller to consider a contribution to my additional costs but they will not accept any responsibility. A negative review is always a last resort but this product is not fit for purpose and should be avoided. My local metal worker said he could have made this for a fraction of the cost. Lesson learned. #shoplocal #shopethical

1 out of 5 starsWould definite order again, company and Meral is great, but the shipping company choice of UPS is awful. 5 stars for the shop and customer service but please stop using UPS as they damaged and stole more than half the items in the package and now we’re dealing with claims and investigations.

These items are all handmade, fabricated and welded due to the item being metal there will always be flaws within the material. Buyer wanted a refund I sent a return label immediately. Unfortunately when the item returned back it had clearly been used, as confirmed by the customers social media account showing the cake stand in use at her daughters wedding for the intended purpose and damaged further. For future customers please read listings any issues please contact me I would have been happy to refund the item if the product hadn’t been used and was in the same condition as sent out.
