Announcement    At Urban Oscar we aim to help you create the perfect 12th scale scene. We love our dolls house as much (more) than our real houses. We stock the things you need to decorate, furnish, and finish your dream home.

Many of our items are handmade and bespoke so if you don’t see the perfect flooring, kitchen tiles or bathroom fixture then just ask and we can work to create that perfect finish for your miniature. We principally work in 1:12 but we are happy to make any personalised items to any scale so don’t hesitate to ask.

Welcome to Urban Oscar & Co. Here you will find items made with love for your 12th scale homes. As well as the listings you find here we can make anything to order. If there is anything we can help you with then please do get in touch.

Payment

At Urban Oscar & Co we want to make life as easy as possible which is why we accept accept credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and Paypal. Don't forget you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Once payment is completed and clear we will dispatch items within 1-2 business working days. If non payment occurs we will hold an item for 2 weeks and then it will go back on to sell.

Delivery

All of our items will arrive with you beautifully packaged but if you do need a gift wrapping service then do let us know. Items are posted with the Royal Mail 1st class post where possible. If you'd like we can request next day delivery or pre 1 pm at an additional cost. We will post your purchases to your Etsy address, however if you wish items to be sent to a different address please let us know with 6 hours.

We aim to ship all packages within 1 - 2 days. 1st Class postage means your item should be with you in the next day or two. Please bare in mind busy periods and if you are outside the UK this can be delayed. For outside the EU this can be up to 6 weeks due to customs; though this is rare.
