*I bake Monday to Friday therefore I post daily from Tuesday to Saturday
* all the orders will be posted within 1-5 working days, depending on how busy I currently am; I do my best to fulfill all the orders as soon as possible
* I don't cater for customers with allergies, I handle highly allergic products in my kitchen daily and some cross contamination may occur
* if you need to add personal message, please click on "it's a gift" then click on "add message" and seperate window will pop up for you to type in your note
* it's customer's responsibility to enter correct shipping address; once the item is posted as a small business I cannot offer replacement or refund for item that returned to me or was not delivered due to wrong address
* orders are being posted with First Class Stamp by Royal Mail which takes 1-2 working days, however some delays may occur
* I don't accept returns, however if you are not happy with something, please message me and I will do everything that's possible to solve the issue
* if you require the order to be posted on a certain date, please message me directly to confirm the day
