    I'm a knitwear designer based in remote Scotland. After spending 11 years in London doing various media things, I've returned home to my roots. I pride myself in putting my heart and soul into my business and I do this as my full-time job. My work is 100% Scottish from sheep to shawl all only use Scottish "Shetland" pure wool.

    Shetland wool is ethical, sustainable and organic - the sheep on the Shetland Islands are all left to free roam the islands and are allowed to eat the grass and seaweeds that grown there. This makes their fleeces that bit more special as they are warm durable as well as being soft.

    Back in 2012, I won a business award that was backed by RBS and the government for designing kimonos. However I've gone back to knitwear as its such a huge passion of mine having been trained as a knitwear designer in the late 80s/early 90s where two of my clients were members of the British Royal family.

    All of my knitwear is hand knitted by myself and has been made using only the finest of wool using carefully selected colours that reflect modern design in Scotland with a little delicate French bohemian twist.

    For security, all physical items are sent by a tracked method within 5 working days of purchase.
    Ready to wear/samples items are ready to ship and I normally post items twice week.
    All other items are made to order with an approx 4 to 8 week turnaround depending on the design and colour of yarn that you choose -I have a colour range of over 200 colours to work from and order the yarn especially just for your order.

    Most of my items are made to order just for you. You get to choose your own colours for your purchase so please do take into consideration that there is an approx 3 TO 4 week turnaround on most custom orders - I order the yarn is especially for you

    I do not retain or share any information regarding your purchases from my Etsy store. All transactions are done via Etsy direct payment system which is supported via PayPal so no information is held. Also, I do not "spam" you with after sales offers etc.
