Prints & Gifts For All Occasions

I’m Clare, I’m a mum to my teen daughter Madi and my furbaby Toby (puppy). I am the designer and founder of Wildfig Design, prints gifts to create smiles based in Northamptonshire.

Wildfig Design is run solely by myself, I am chief designer, boss, chief packer and herbal tea girl. I am assisted by my Chief Executive Officer Toby my Shih Tzu pup, he loves to help organise the packaging boxes, ok he pinches them, now moved up a shelf levels so that he cannot reach, Toby is very good at making a mess but he puts a smile on my face and that sparks the passion within to design.

I love to create prints, mugs etc for special occasions, I love creating gifts knowing they will make someone happy.

My collections are inspired by cute and quirky objects and my love of colour. I am a Graphic Designer not an artist, I use graphic software and illustrations created by artists for designers in my work, this allows me to offer such a vast range of prints.

So where did the name come from you may ask? erm, good question I wish I could say there was a sentimental reason behind the name, but sadly no. I was up against a deadline to launch the business, a Yankee candle with the scent Wildfig was burning and I was stuffing a fig roll into my mouth..bang there’s the name.

Returns and exchange details
As my items are personalised, they are exempt from refunds and exchanges under the Distant Sellers Act.


If your item arrives damaged please do message me as customer service is important to me and I can arrange for replacement to be sent, in terms of a replacement is will be the exact item you purchased (no changes or alterations). I will need proof of damage so that I can take it up with the courier.
Payment
I accept either PayPal or credit/debit cards with Etsy checkout.
Delivery
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Personalised prints, mugs, cushions etc 7 - 10 day, some of my prints do take up to 3 weeks to design and print, so please check each description.

Bridesmaid jewellery 5 - 7 days to create, I do try and get orders out quickly but at times it gets very busy and I work alone.

Please note I do not offer a rush service.

I am open Monday to Friday only (I close on bank holidays and other public holidays) - orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will be processed the following Monday.

UK Orders include free shipping, items are posted standard 2nd class post, you can upgrade to first class post, pleases note this does not speed up the making process, it will only speed up postal times of 1 - 3 days, instead of 3-5 days.

International post is charged and I use standard international post, you can upgrade to signed and tracked.

Approximate shipping times only (excluding the time to make your order) for different locations are as follows:

UK: 3- 5 Business Days

USA & Canada: 15 - 30 Business Days **

Europe: 10-12 Business Days **

Australia: 12-21 Business Days **

ROW: 21 - 28 Business Days **

** Orders are shipped from the UK, therefore packages can sometimes be delayed at customs which is out of my control. **

Packages are shipped to the address printed on your receipt. The buyer is responsible for assuring that the address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, etc. a refund will only be given for the item(s), not for the shipping.

Taking delivery of goods is entirely your responsibility. If you are unable to take delivery and the goods are returned to us we will arrange a redelivery at your expense. In any event, the delivery charges are non-refundable.


|| Lost or delayed packages ||

I have no control of the package once it's with Royal Mail Postal, and at times there are delays in delivery, especially during busy holiday periods or due to customs.

Royal Mail does not consider a package lost the following times have elapsed after the shipping date:

UK Standard: 11 working days
Europe: 25 working days
Rest of the world: 32 working days

REFUNDS or RESHIPPING for lost or delayed packages will only be given once the times given above have passed. You may be asked to complete a form for the insurance claim: your assistance in completing this paperwork if necessary is appreciated.

Delivery charges are stated on listings, all items are sent out without tracking. If you require a tracking number please select the upgrade shipping method.

I do have a QPR code on my packaging and the post office scan it before they post in your door, so if lost they will be able to check if it was delivered.

Information we collect in order to proceed with your Contract.

We collect the following information in order to process your transaction, when purchasing an item via our Etsy store you are giving clear consent to use your personal information as follows to fulfil your Contract:-

Full Name and Address
Email Address

Etsy Checkout or PayPal do not share your payment information with Wildfig Design.


What does with the information we gather to fulfil your Contract.

We require this information to fulfil your Legal Contract with Wildfig Design

Personal details: First Name, Surname and Full Address - this is so that we can deliver your order to you (without this personal data your order could not be fulfilled). We send via Royal Mail, we use their online click and drop service, your information is imputed onto the Royal Mail system and a label is produced for us to print off and attached to your parcel.

Email address is needed when ordering via our Etsy store this is so that order confirmation can be sent to you confirming your order. Wildfig Design to contact you regarding your order also should a query arise.

Payment details in order to process your order, at Wildfig Design we do not obtain your card payment details nor do we store them. We use payment providers PayPal & Etsy Checkout. At no point are your card details shared with us, we receive an email from (either) payment provider to say payment has been made. Once an order has been processed the email (from payment provider) we receive is permanently deleted from our PC.

Internal record keeping, we are under a legal obligation to hold invoices/orders for 5 years for tax purposes. We lock details away in the current tax year, after that they are stored away securely in archival boxes. After the 5 year period, we shred the paperwork.

If you sign up to our mailing list, you are giving clear consent that we can send you news and offers from Wildfig Design only. You can unsubscribe at any point by simply clicking the unsubscribe button and your information held will be permanently deleted. We use MailChimp.

How Do I Care For My Jewellery?

Silver plated jewellery will tarnish over time. This is a normal reaction of silver when exposed to the air.

When not worn store in a safe place, keep away from direct sunlight. Fasten clasps to prevent tangling, Ideally place in a sealed plastic bag, this will prolong the life.

Avoid contact with water including the washing up, showering, swimming. Do not allow your piece to come into contact with lotions and perfume, this will cause tarnishing to plated metals.

Remove your jewellery during manual work or exercise or housework.

If jewellery is caught and pulled it will break, please take care.

Are Your Items Made To Order?

All items are handmade to order, using the same materials as shown, however it may differ slightly as each component carries its own natural flaws.

The item you receive may also vary slightly in colour due to the screen settings on your PC or mobile device.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please see the description for each packaging option. Each piece is wrapped for gift giving.

I use recycled kraft packaging boxes or pouches. I would like to eliminate the cello bags but as the necklaces tangle in the post, I do need to use them, I will be changing to biodegradable once my current stock has gone.

Will My Order Be Tracked?

Orders are not tracked unless you choose the tracked option at the checkout, however, I do have QPR codes now on my packages and the postman/lady will scan the package before they post it through your door to say they delivered it, this is more if packages are claimed to be lost.

We offer recorded delivery for UK deliveries and International Tracked. Please note these options do not speed up delivery, they are purely for you to track your order online.

Lead Times

Orders currently being processed between 5 -1 0 working days - I do try to ship much quicker but in some cases, it's not always possible. I work solo and at times it gets very busy.

This time frame does not include shipping times please allow extra. See listings, I ship from the United Kingdom.
