Since the UK left the EU, custom import charges are now possible on some orders, these are charged by your country of residence and rates vary in each country. Care instructions
My paintings on wood prefer to live indoors away from the elements, they are varnished on the front and back, but not the bark/outer edge so can be placed outside if you wish but I can not guarantee how long they will last. Each piece can react differently to different weather conditions.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Please note: I do not offer gift wrapping or personalised messages.
However I still take pride in the presentation of my orders, hanging wood slices and other unframed slices will come in their own jute drawstring bag, bookmarks are wrapped in tissue paper. Prints will come in their own cellophane or vegetable starch sleeves.
Packaging:
I take pride in the face that my packaging is 100% recyclable.
Wooden items will be sent in cardboard boxes secured with paper tape, if extra protection is needed in the box it will be padded with recycled paper or tissue paper.
Prints, cards and stickers are sent in cardboard backed paper envelopes.
Postage
UK orders will be sent by royal mail 2nd class ( 3 - 5 day delivery.)
larger or high value orders will be sent signed for or special delivery, meaning a signature will be required.
If you need your order sooner or would prefer tracked postage please contact me before hand to see if this is possible.
International orders will be sent tracked (excluding cards and prints - depending on quantity), some requiring a signature upon delivery. Depending on location delivery can take 5 - 10 working days, please allow up to 21 days for delivery during busy periods.
* internationla orders are not classed as lost until 32 working days have passed.

International Returns
For international returns items must be clearly and appropriately marked "return" if not, and import changed occur these will be deducted from your refund amount.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your address is correct at checkout, if an item is undelivered or returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, buyers are responsible for the outgoing postage should you want it re-sending to the correct address.
