If you are unhappy with your order for some reason, please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative review. I always want to help you have a positive experience, but I can't help if I don't know there is an issue.

Replacement & Shipping Policy -

If your item arrives damaged, please message me as soon as possible with a photograph of the item. I will pursue a claim against USPS, and will replace or refund you for the broken item.
There is no refund/replacement policy for damaged items after 30 days.

If I am able to replace an item for you, I will follow my same normal shipping policy (1-3 business days to ship).

If you would like 1-3 Day Priority Shipping, please upgrade at checkout. It will still take me 1-3 days to ship.

I use USPS First Class shipping, which usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, and USPS International Shipping, which can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please consider upgrading and adding insurance to your order.

***RESTOCKING FEE*** I recently have had a plethora of customers who decide the jewelry isn't quite what they wanted, and want to return their order. As long as it is unworn, that is fine. However, I can no longer eat the costs of shipping. All returns will now have a flat $5 kept from the refund. This restocking fee helps covers the original cost of shipping, the return shipping, the materials that are used during shipping, and my time in processing the return.
