Postage
Orders are posted within 5 working days, usually sooner, please then allow 2/3 working days postage delivery time.
If you require a quicker time scale please contact me & I can advise the current time scale & try to accommodate an urgent order if I can.
If your item has not arrived 7 working days after despatch please contact me and I will check the delivery status with Royal Mail, if an item is a failed attempted delivery by Royal mail it will be returned to your local post office for collection, if not collected within 14 days it will be returned to me, if this happens I can repost the item for a handling fee of £3.50 or refund the item less £3.50 handling fee.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you tick ‘this is a gift’ it removes the cost of the item from the invoice that accompanies the item.
If you tick this is a gift & then enter a personal message in the box below, the message will be printed on paper & accompany the item.
Both options above are useful to accompany gifts going direct to the recipient.
If you wish the item to be gift wrapped, tick gift wrap, this is £4 per item, if you place multiple items in your basket & tick gift wrap, Etsy assume all the items are to be gift wrapped together, if you wish each item to be gift wrapped please order individually & add the gift wrap option to each item.
Do not send a message for the recipient via the note to seller, as it will only be printed on the full invoice.
