When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to process your order (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me). We share your personal data with our delivery service (Estafeta, FedEx or Mexican Postal Service). Paypal handles all our payments. PayPal receives information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. We never received your bank information.
If we need to contact you about your order, we will send a message through Etsy, only and exclusively in cases where we need an urgent response and after previously contacted you via Etsy and getting no response, we will send an email to the email address in your Etsy profile or Paypal payment.
We will never send newsletters or promo info via email.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements.
