About

Wonderland Invites & Design Studio

My name is Jenna, and I am the Creative Director here at Wonderland Invites & Design Studio.

I live in beautiful Leigh-on-Sea, Essex; a forty minute train journey from the bustling capital city of London. I hail from Manchester, but have been an honorary southerner for eight years.

I studied Media & TV Production at university, and worked at ITV for four years following graduation. After taking a gap year in 2012 with my wonderful partner, I began working at an independent education marketing agency in London; commuting daily.

Whilst I have enjoyed working in advertising and marketing roles, I have always wanted the freedom to work for myself. I am passionate about design and creating beautiful things, and so in 2014, I began working on weddings; creating handmade stationery, table plans and guestbooks.

As myself and my partner embark on a new and exciting time in our lives (otherwise known as Darla; our eight month old, who has completed our little family), I have decided to commit my time to running Wonderland Invites & Design Studio as a full time business. Offering a range of services, including custom designed and 'off the peg' wedding and occasion stationery, I am excited to see what the future will hold.

We specialise in creating gorgeous wedding stationery, however, we also offer stationery for a range of occasions, including birthday parties, hen parties, bridal showers, baby showers and engagement parties. I design every item you see in our store. When I am having a quiet period for bespoke orders (which seems to be never at the moment!), I spend time work on the creation of 'off the peg' designs, which customers can simply pop in their basket and send their details for us to customise.

My designs are largely digital in their creation, and print as seen.

Welcome to Wonderland Invites & Design Studio.

In our store, you will find a range of beautifully created, unique digital occasion stationery. We offer stationery for a range of occasions; such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and engagements.

We aim to respond to any emails/conversations within 24 hours.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
Please check your design carefully for spelling, punctuation or missing information. It is your responsibility to make sure you are completely happy with everything (design, size, spelling, etc) before you approve the files for print.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any errors noticed after final customer approval is given. We will not refund any design once approved by you, as your email approval is your digital signature that everything is correct and that you are happy with the design.

FINAL OUTPUT DISCREPANCIES
Please note, all monitors and printers are calibrated differently, resulting in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Paper type and color may also affect the printed color upon final printed output.

Printed colours may vary due to:
- variances in how monitors display colours
- variances in how printers are callibrated to print
- variances in different printing materials, and how colour shows on different product

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us before leaving feedback.

MISSING PRINT ITEMS
In the instance that you are missing an item once the files have been shipped to you, you have seven days from the receipt of delivery to contact us. Any requests after seven days are the customers responsibility. Please, please check your packages upon arrival .
Payment
We accept PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, alongside Etsy Vouchers.

PLEASE NOTE

- For any purchases of pre-designed stationery, table plans or other items, you must send through the personalised information you require on your item at the payment stage, via an Etsy conversation. You will receive proof files to check through, and final digital files will be sent on final client approval. If you would like us to print, we will wait for your final approval before processing.

- For custom/bespoke stationery, table plans or other items, you must send through a 'design brief' at the payment stage; including colour scheme and themes (links to Pinterest boards would be ideal in order to gain a feel for your event). We are able to wait until you have final confirmation of names/numbers before we finalise designs. You will receive proof files to check through, and final digital files will be sent on final client approval. If you would like us to print, we will wait for your final approval before processing.

- We require all clients to order and pay before ANY work is begun. Your order will not be processed until payment has been made and has cleared.

- If you leave your order sitting, for example, do not respond to emails requesting text for customisation etc, your order will be marked shipped within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in this instance, minus a 25% fee which we will retain.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

DIY DIGITAL PRINTING - PLEASE READ

- Due to the digital nature of some of our products, you are purchasing a design service and therefore, refunds or exchanges are not offered. Upon ordering digital items, all orders will be considered final. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

- Wonderland Invites & Design Studio™ is not responsible for print errors or color shifts that occur from your printing company of choice or home printer.

- All files will have a bleed are for professional printing, or no bleed for home printing. Please do let us know whether you need a bleed area or not. We do not set up crop marks for printers.

- For home printing you are responsible for your printing. We cannot troubleshoot each individual instance of printing for each customer. Please be aware that you are responsible for troubleshooting printing on your end, setting up files, accommodating double sided printing, etc.

IF WONDERLAND INVITES IS PRINTING - PLEASE READ

- We will await your final approval on items before we send to print. Any changes requested after the items are sent to print cannot be processed and you will have to re-purchase.

FURTHER NOTES

- We send JPEG or PDF formats.

- Designs come in the sizes as detailed in each listing. However, if your require different dimensions, please do let us know and we can look to adjusting. Re-sizing may lead to design adjustments, and as such, you will need to purchase the custom design upgrade, listed in our store.

- We always recommend that you double or triple check every proof we send you before you approve the design. We cannot refund any design once approved by you, including spelling errors.

SOCIAL MEDIA

- In the event of a mishap or misunderstanding, neither party may defame the other on social media or other public venues. We commit to communicate and come to a resolution privately.
Shipping
- For digital items, we send through designs via email or Mail Big File. It is then up to you wether you choose to print at home, or at a local/online print shop. For printed items, delivery timescales are stated within the listings.

- Upon receipt of payment and receiving your information/design briefs, we will have a first proof with you within 72 hours. For rush orders, you will have to purchase the rush order listings.

- During the proofing process, we ask you to double check and approve all proofs that we send you. Once you approve your final proof, we cannot make additional changes or process refunds.

- For any custom orders which feature your photographs, please ensure that you send us a high resolution photo.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are designed and sold by Wonderland Invites & Design Studio™ for your personal use only. All of our designs are original and created in-house. Our designs, or any part of our designs, can not be duplicated or re-sold at any time. We provide digital designs in JPG, PNG or PDF format. Other formats may be created if needed per your printer's requests.

Please note, Photoshop files are not available for purchase; all of our listing are digital downloads that we customise for you. Cancelling your order because you did not read our policies OR did not read the listing description will not be permitted. It is your responsibility to read the whole listing.

Payment for any product or service indicates acceptance and consent of all policies, terms and conditions at present and going forth.

Wonderland Invites & Design Studio™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or cancel a business relationship or transaction at our discretion. Refunds for any services not rendered will be issued. Wonderland Invites & Design Studio™ reserves the right to retain payment for services rendered up to that point.
