Welcome to Wooden House Miniatures Etsy store. We specialise in making miniature dolls house fireplace surrounds, inserts and accessories. All our items are hand made and designed exclusively by myself (Vanessa) and my husband (Chris) here in the UK.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s) please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be more than happy to arrange a refund or exchange.

Return postage must be paid for by the buyer and we reserve the right to reject refunds for items which are not returned in their original saleable condition complete with original packaging.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal and all mayor credit / debit cards as well as Etsy gift cards.
Delivery
All items will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd Class, within 1 to 2 days of cleared payment being received. Shipping is charged at one flat rate depending on the largest item in your order. All additional items will be shipped free of charge within mainland UK and at a reduced rate for international orders.

Please note: We do not include customs taxes or import tariffs in our prices and have no control over what they may be. These will be either charged upon the item entering your country. All customs paperwork will be filled in accurately when we post your item so if in doubt please check with your local authorities before ordering.

Hand Made Item Disclaimer

Although we make every effort to ensure our images accurately represent the item you will receive, colours may vary depending on the device they are viewed on. There will also be slight variations in each product due to the use of natural materials, hand assembly, and the use of hand painted finishes. If you require images of the specific item you will receive we are always more than happy to help.
