All product are made by hand either on the pole lathe or the electric lathe, all ECWS (English civil war society) and Sealed Knot products are made on the pole lathe. custom orders can take upto 2 weeks depending on quantity required please ask when ordering for an approximate time it will take to complete
Note that a certificate of postage is obtained from the Post Office ( Royal Mail ) for all my items i send.

5 out of 5 starsThis is an interesting item. Think it will take a bit of practice to get used to it. It’s a nice piece of wood and I will enjoy learning how to get the best out of it. Bit of a problem with delivery by post office but got updates from Phill so knew what was going on. Happy with service.

5 out of 5 starsHad a Lucet for a long time but was not very smooth and the forks did not curve out so irritating when looms slide off. This one is lovely to hold, comfortable and easy ire to turn and work faster with, arrived within couple of days and ideal for use in campervan on hols as doesn’t take much space and tackle.

Frequently asked questions
Can I wash my wooden products
Only wipe clean in warm soapy water the dry straight away
How long will my wooden plate last and is there any way of making it last longer
A wooden plate will last a long time if it's looked after if it's starts to dry out and crack then give it a coat of oil like walnut or vegetable oil
Care instructions
All wooden products will need re-oiling at least twice a year or when it starts to dry out just use walnut oil or vegetable oil coat the wooden product all over the leave to soak for 30 - 60 mins then dry with kitchen towel
Custom and personalised orders
Any wooden item can be customised to your requirements to contact us with your requirements we will be happy to help if we can
But please be aware customised item can not be returned unless damaged which will then need to be sent back to us
Sizing details
All sizes are approximate and to the best of our knowledge correct but sometimes we get it wrong by not putting a decimal point in the correct place if you have any queries please ask
Gift wrapping and packaging
We can gift wrap any item for you but this will need to be arranged by message before you order you item so we know what you require but this may come at a extra cost to you
Wholesale availability
We can do wholesale but this will come under a custom order as the products will have to be made to suit you requirements and time frame please ask for a custom order or message us with you requirements
If I see only one item for sale but I want more than one can I ask for more
Yes you can but we will need more time to make it if it is not in stock please ask first before you order so we may arrange extra for you
If I buy a item and I receive it broken can I get a replacement instead of a refund
Yes you can but you must understand we will need time to make it if it is not in stock and any broken or damaged goods much be returned
Can we watch video's of the products being made
At the present moment no but we are in the process of setting up a YouTube channel for our products being made in the future
What is the maximum number of custom items I can have made under one order
There is no maximum number of products you can order but the more you require will take longer to ship out to you

This is one of the biggest problems we have as people do not always leave feedback for Etsy sellers it's not just our shop it's Etsy worldwide we do ask buyers to leave feedback as it helps us to have a better understanding with our customers

Yes you can within 24 hours of you ordering but if goods has been order to complete you order then a fee will be charged to cover the cost of any goods ordered personalised item can not be returned unless damaged and we must be contacted as soon as you receive it
