All of our items are made to order. Unless noted otherwise in the listing, please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be produced. Our business days are Monday - Friday. Please note that the date of sale does not count as a production day. If you need your order by a certain date, please let me know before you purchase, so we can be sure that you will recieve your item on time.
We take great pride in our work but please remember that these items are handmade. We cut, sand, and paint every item in our shop. All paper is sealed.
We will do custom orders, so please convo us with your ideas and we can come up with something together. We will try to match colors as best we can. If you want something matched specifically from a picture that would be great! Please keep in mind that colors on your computer and our computer may vary. Please know, that we will chose the paper that we think matches your request, but since we can't see it in person it may be difficult to match 100%.
Our items have a Rustic/Primitive style, so we leave the imperfections in the wood. Knots and graininess are to be expected. We distress everything to give a weathered look.
