5 out of 5 starsVery cute little gift to give chosen bridesmaids, although the confetti in the plastic sleeve protecting the earrings on the card covers the letters, thus making it difficult to see what the brown card says. Regardless, very happy with my purchase!

Shipping Policies
I offer worldwide low cost flat rate shipping and free shipping worldwide over $35usd.
UK items are shipped free of charge, using Royal Mail First Class, which aims to deliver in 1-2 working days - please allow up to 3 working days.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Standard international, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 7-10 working days - please allow up to 15 working days. Please note that this service is NOT tracked, so no tracking number will be provided.
What do I do if my item is lost or delayed?
UK customers, please allow at least 5 working days, European customers, please allow at least 10 working days, USA, Australia & New Zealand customers, please allow at least 15 working days, from the date of receiving your dispatch email before contacting me.
In the event of a lost/undelivered item, I will send you out a replacement item free of charge - to the same address as your initial order.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am unable to accept responsibility for delays due to customs.
Please check the delivery address, I am unable to accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses, please contact me as soon as possible if you realise you have entered an incorrect address.
What do I do if my item is damaged?
All my items are hand packed and inspected before dispatch. I pack each item in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage. If in the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging thoroughly. I will be unable to offer a refund or replacement product if you are unable to provide photos of the damaged packaging.
Please retain the damaged item and all packaging until you have contacted me and have a resolution, in the event that I require an item to be returned, I will pay for return shipping costs.
Earring Information
All earrings are 925 sterling silver, supplied with a 925 sterling silver butterfly. Please check the product description for exact sizes.
In interests of hygiene and for your protection I do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings unless the item arrives damaged, please see above for terms.
Shipping Upgrades
UK shipping upgrades available are Royal Mail 1st Class signed for - please note that this is not guaranteed next day service. Royal Mail aim to deliver in one working day, but times may vary during busy periods.
If you require next day delivery, please select guaranteed by 1pm and ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery.
I offer tracked shipping to the rest of the world, this is not a faster service, it merely allows you to track the progress of your item.
I can source 1-3 day delivery for all international orders, but this is an expensive option, please be in touch if you would like a quote!
Returns
I hope you love your item, but understand that you may wish to return it. Should you wish to return your item, please contact me to raise a returns request. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost and safe delivery to me.
Customisations & Personalisations
All my products can be personalised, but please contact me before placing your order, and don't just purchase the item and leave me a message saying I really like this card, but I want you to print a different message with a different font and change the colour, and on a different kind of paper, because it's not really the card you just bought is it?
A personalised item is made with care and a one off item made especially for the person you intend it for, a one off item should be priced that way, so please just check before you make a purchase as to whether additional charges will apply (they probably won't because I can't be bothered to make custom listings, but you know, please just ask first. It's the polite thing to do)!
