Shipping Policies

I offer worldwide flat rate shipping.

UK items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class, which aims to deliver in 1-2 working days - please allow up to 3 working days.

Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm is available to UK addresses. In some cases on orders placed before 3pm, I can get them to you next day, but please message me before placing your order to check availability and avoid disappointment.

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail Standard international, which aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 working days and the rest of the world in 7-10 working days - please allow up to 15 working days

What do I do if my item is lost or delayed?

UK customers, please allow at least 5 working days, European customers, please allow at least 10 working days, USA, Australia & New Zealand customers, please allow at least 15 working days, from the date of receiving your dispatch email before contacting me.

In the event of a lost/undelivered item, I will send you out a replacement item free of charge - to the same address as your initial order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am unable to accept responsibility for delays due to customs.

Please check the delivery address, I am unable to accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses, please contact me as soon as possible if you realise you have entered an incorrect address.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

All my items are hand packed and inspected before dispatch. I pack each item in appropriate packaging to prevent any damage. If in the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage to the packaging thoroughly. I will be unable to offer a refund or replacement product if you are unable to provide photos of the damaged packaging.

Please retain the damaged item and all packaging until you have contacted me and have a resolution, in the event that I require an item to be returned, I will pay for return shipping costs.

Earring Information

All earrings are 925 sterling silver, supplied with a 925 sterling silver butterfly. Please check the product description for exact sizes.

In interests of hygiene and for your protection I do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings unless the item arrives damaged, please see above for terms.

Send Direct Service

Signed, sealed, delivered straight to your recipeints door! Send a card direct to your recipient with a handwritten message of your choice. The envelope will be hand written and a first class (or international standard) stamp will be attached.

Boxed gifts and prints will be sent with a handwritten note on letter headed XOandQuin paper.

1. When you check out, please add your custom message in the ‘Message Seller’ box
2. Make sure you put your recipient’s address in the ‘Ship To’ address
3. If you are unsure at all then please either contact me or use the ‘request custom order button’

UK orders, please allow up to 4 working days to arrive.
International orders, please allow up to 10 working days.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All notecards are supplied with an envelope (in a random colour) with the XO&Quin logo embossed on the back.

Sets and multiple purchases are supplied in a single bag to reduce the amount of packaging. If the stamp add on is purchased the stamps will be enclosed within the same bag.

Each card is packaged in a biodegradable clear bags, made from annually renewable corn starch which can be composted.

All earring boxed cards are packaged in a kraft gift box. The box is then wrapped in recycled kraft paper for dispatch.

Please remember to pop packaging in your recycle bin after use!

Shipping Upgrades

UK shipping upgrades available are Royal Mail 1st Class signed for - this is not guaranteed next day, Royal Mail aim to deliver in one working day, but times may vary during busy periods. If you require next day delivery, please select guaranteed by 1pm and ensure that someone is available to sign for your deliver.

I offer tracked shipping to the rest of the world, this is not a faster service, it merely allows you to track the progress of your item.

Returns

I hope you love your item, but understand that you may wish to return it. Should you wish to return your item, please contact me to raise a returns request. Buyer is responsible for the return postage cost and safe delivery to me.
