4 out of 5 starsI was trying not to leave a review because I feel that most of the quality from the seller is very good. But this particular item I could not to get to print out probably under the instructions that were given me and when I contacted the seller he just said I must be doing something wrong. The other items that I buy from the seller are fantastic but Etsy keeps nagging me and I wanted to get rid of this badge off my screen so I’m doing a review because I have to

Do you offer returns or exchanges on clothing?
Please ensure you order the correct size and colour t shirt or hoodie; because all the products we sell are made to order (which means we don’t keep anything in stock) I am unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
As soon as you order, we get to work on making your custom made item according to your specifications when you ordered.

What if I accidentally order the wrong size or colour top & want to amend my order?
Order cancellations are gladly accepted within up to 6 hours of purchase. PLEASE MESSAGE ASAP to request a cancellation as we are unable to modify your order after this period. Go ahead and order the correct size or colour you meant to buy in the meantime.
*NOTE - Cancellations not available on digital download products for obvious reasons.
