You may not have noticed yet, but I have.
It has become very hard to source certain things wholesale: the biggest issue for me is finding good-quality mugs.
Please, bear with me. I have some things made-up and in stock, but I am very low on blanks. If you need something, please order sooner rather than later. I am sure I am not the only business suffering a lack of wholesale supplies.

Childhood memories and Inspiration over Coffee (or tea-time...)

I was inspired to start this by a cup of coffee.
Sound weird? Let me explain.
I have a mug. It was given to me years ago, I love the image on the mug, but I rarely use it because I don't like the mug. It's not the shape or the size; it's how the image was put onto the mug. And no, not the technology either. But the ugly, unimaginative way that a wonderfully magical image was "dropped" onto the mug; no attempt to soften the edges, not attempt to make it work to the scale of a mug.

And, on a grey winters day in the depths of Yorkshire, drinking coffee and looking at my mug, I thought to myself, "I could do better!"

"But what will I put onto a mug? How will it be different? How will my business be different from all those others? Why would people buy my mugs not mass-produced ones from China?"
"Well," I thought, "I have a huge collection of books, including the huge library of fairy tales from my childhood..."
Illustrators like Rackham, Gobles, Potter, Tenniel... the list goes on... the images these artists of that Golden Age created are as captivating to me as the stories themselves.

And so, hopefully, I am bringing together the amazing, inspirational and magical world of childhood and the workaday world of adulthood, to remind us all, the child inside has never grown up.

Today, from my home in Yorkshire, I carefully select the images to match the words, and print using the best inks and papers to work with on high-quality professional hardware and software. I hand-sublimate onto carefully selected, quality blanks; hand-crafting a quality product that should give a long-lived finish to all items.
