Meaningful Personalised Gifts for Those You Love

Hi! I’m Amy- the owner here at Amy Lucy. From a young age, I have loved all things art and design, and after completing my studies at college and university, nothing had changed- I wanted to be a designer.

After marrying the man of my dreams and welcoming my two precious children into the world, I became heavily interested in pattern design. I began designing pattern after pattern, and I eventually set up this beautiful shop to showcase my work on a variety of products!

Etsy enabled me to design products that I loved and advertise them to potential customers- the perfect combination! My husband and I had already set up a successful hen party website, which provided me with a platform to work from. We now have a fully operating warehouse where we print, make, and despatch all of our orders. We also have a brilliant team of staff who all work exceptionally hard- we are a little work family!

I am delighted to now have www.amylucy.uk where I can use my love of surface pattern to print and design products for all occasions. Providing the best possible products for you and your loved ones is our top priority here at Amy Lucy, So we dedicate considerable time and care to ensure that all of our items are crafted to the highest possible standard. I have built my brand through listening to what my customers are searching for, and I hope to continue to build a strong brand in the same way- keeping my customers at the heart of everything I do.

I am working towards having lots of departments in my store, for example, Amy Lucy Kids; Amy Lucy Homeware; Stationary; Fabrics; Clothing; and more. I am super-excited for the future and the vast potential that it holds!

Amy Lucy is a shop for gifts and home-ware with a difference. All of my products have a homely feel and are designed with a dash of joy ready to pass onto the recipient.

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind after you have received the item you must let me know within 30 days that you wish to return the items, then return them to me. They must be in the original packaging and in perfect selling condition for me to give the refund.

Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty as they are custom made for you.

*Please note if you return the items it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. A refund is given for the item but not for the return postage costs.

**OUR COURIERS DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE PO BOX DELIVERY ADDRESSES AS YOUR ORDER IS AT RISK OF GOING MISSING.**

Opening times are 9-5 Monday to Friday. Please note we are not open during the weekend therefore we will not be able to answer messages or make and dispatch orders.

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your order to be made (making times can change due to busy periods - this time is stated on order). From the date of dispatch, your order will THEN arrive within the timescale you selected at checkout (e.g. Next Day 1-2 Working Days, Express 2-3 Working Days, Economy 3-5 Working Days).

CANCELLING/CHANGING ORDERS
Due to the way we work to ensure a fast turnaround, we're unable to cancel or change orders. The personalisation provided while adding the item to your cart will be the personalisation printed on your items.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES
If you need to make a change to a delivery address, please call us on 01952 780708 as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach us out of hours, please message us via Etsy with:
-Your order number
-The new delivery name and address
-A delivery contact number if possible

INVOICES/PACKAGING
All items are sent with a delivery note detailing the product(s) and delivery address. This does not show any prices.
Unfortunately, we are unable to include gift notes or messages in parcels at the moment, but this is something we're working on.

Please note that any messages typed in "message to amylucydesigns" will not be printed on the delivery note.

We dispatch hundreds of orders a day so unfortunately, we cannot provide photographs of your order prior to sending it out. All items are produced to the standard shown on the product page and will use the same colours, fonts and designs as shown.

For custom orders, such as our "your logo" and "your text here" products, we will send a mock-up prior to making your item for you to approve. Once this has been approved, your item will be printed and sent as shown in the approved mock-up.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
We do not currently offer digital downloads of our prints. All of our prints are designed, personalised and printed in-house and will be sent as physical prints on cardstock.

Do you offer Combined Shipping?

I combine postage on all products yes! Please add all items to your cart and the shipping will automatically combine.

Custom and personalised orders

If you require something different just message me in the etsy platform, if your wants are possible you need to include all things discussed in your CUSTOMER ORDER NOTES.

There's something wrong with my order - what now?

While we always do our best to ensure your order is perfect, we are only human and sometimes mistakes can happen. We'll gladly put things right so please get in touch with us via Etsy message with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. An image of the product received, clearly showing the issue

My item is a gift - how will it be sent?

Due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to gift wrap items at the moment.
All orders are sent with a delivery note detailing the contents of the order. No prices are shown.

Can I change any personalisation details once my order has been placed?

Unfortunately due to the way our order management system works, we are unable to make any amendments or changes to any personalised orders you have already placed.

Please double check your details are correct before putting your order through.
