Business Owner Goes Back To What She Loves!

I am a company directer at a successful online hen party website. I have been running my business for seven years but my true passion has always been in the arts.

I have always wanted to design and after finishing my studies in college and university I still hadn't changed my mind, but it had to take a backseat as I developed my family and business.

I am so happy now to have online experience and a warehouse with a dispatch system and storage ready for my true passion to be brought the the forefront.

My products are made in England by great reliable manufacturers. I am a designer, I design patterns constantly lots of things inspire me.

I am mostly inspired by the arts and craft movement and the works of William Morris. I am moved my his patterns and desire to bring true craftsmanship back in a time which was threatened by industrial processes.

My products are all made in England and have a very English feel, they are based upon English ways and the beautiful country in which we live.

Amy Lucy is a lifestyle, a way to live and a way to decorate, each piece has an eclectic feel so to enable the customer to mix and match their home and to create a style which suits them.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
If you change your mind after you have received the item you must let me know within 30 days that you wish to return the items, then return them to me. They must be in the original packaging and in perfect selling condition for me to give the
refund. Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty as they are custom made for you.

*Please note if you return the items it is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. A refund is given for the item but not for the return postage costs.

*I take payments from paypal and Direct Checkout. Payment is due immediately after purchase.

*If you do need a little longer to pay contact me however if i don't hear within three days I have the right to cancel the order.
*As soon as I have received payment for your amy lucy order I will get your order shipped within 1-3 working days, mon-friday (not the weekend). I try very hard in getting my orders out on time however things can be delayed with bank holidays and Christmas holidays that I can not control.

*All orders are shipped 2nd class with the royal mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.

*Please note orders will be posted to your etsy address so please make sure this is correct and up to date as I am not responsible if the address provided has been incorrect. If you do need to change the address please email me to let me know and i can change it.

*I can not be held responsible for loss or damage when it has left my presence.

*2nd class delivery time scale in 3-5 days. So from payment taken I dispatch within 1-3 working days and then it is sent and delivered within 3-5 working days. So from payment taken an estimate of 8 days is given.

If you need it sooner let me know and I can upgrade your postage to 1st class postage, for an extra cost.

I ship with the royal mail.
