Payment via PayPal is preferred, however, I can accept cash on the collection of your item. If unsure, or you require further information on payment, please contact me.
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, after that time, if you do not contact me, I will assume the order has been cancelled and will re-list the item. If, however, you are having technical difficulties, or any other issues with payment please let me know.

I always set my shipping time to 21 days, as I do have to rely on a courier service for this and abide by their terms and conditions. I do, however, provide updates and am in regular contact with my courier to maintain the lines of communication. For custom items, delivery timescales are provided on an individual basis. I do, however, aim to deliver within 21 days, once the bespoke item is completed.

The amounts quoted on my listings for delivery is an average cost and I do ask all potential buyers to contact me with their postcode for an accurate shipping cost prior to purchase. Please state whether you require additional insurance, or tracking as this will also need to be included in your shipping quote. In addition, quotes are also based on a one man (person) delivery, if you do require a two man (person) service, please advise at time of purchase and I will quote/arrange, based on this requirement.

I deliver throughout the UK, however, there may be exclusions, so please do ask if you are unsure regarding your location. I am also now able to offer delivery to certain areas of both France and Spain, please ask for further details if required.

Due to Covid 19 and in response to government legislation, I will be offering a non contact delivery service by professional furniture courier. As stated above, all other policy still applies.

I absolutely love working with my customers to create individual and very unique pieces. Whether you have seen an item which has been sold and would like something similar, or would like a custom piece, please get in touch. All custom orders take on average 2 - 3 weeks (longer if a specific item needs to be sourced) to complete after cleared payment. Please note, payment for custom orders will be required at the time of the order being placed.

Personal information I collect

In order for me to fulfil your order I require certain information from you, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you are ordering. Sometimes, depending on what you are ordering I may require additional information, for example, pictures of your home environment for my custom design service.

Legal basis I rely on to collect, use and share personal information

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use and and share your information, including:

* as required in order to provide my services, for example, using your information to fulfil your order, settle a dispute, or provide customer support
* when you have provided affirmative consent (which may be revoked at any time)
* if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law
* also as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, such as;

1) providing and improving my services. I use you information to provide the service you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services
2) compliance with the Etsy seller Policy and Terms of use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy Terms of Use


Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is very important to my business. I, therefore, only ever share your information for limited reasons and limited circumstances:

* Etsy. I share information with Etsy as required to provide you with my services and to comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
* Service providers. I do have to engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as courier companies. I will share you information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
* Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may need to disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
* Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to a) enforce my agreements, Terms and policies; c) prevent, investigate and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I only ever retain your information for as long as required to provide you with my services and as described within this Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than you jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you are resident in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. Whilst some rights apply in general, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. See below for descriptions:

* Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
* Change, Restrict, Delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances ( like when I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
* Object. You can object to (i ) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
* Complain. If you are resident in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
