Personalised and one off silver jewellery

I’m Andreea Pavez-Salinas. I design and make personalised and one off silver jewellery in my home studio in London. My passion for creating jewellery started in 2008 and shortly after, my husband enrolled me in two jewellery courses: metal clay and silversmith. After this, my passion for making jewellery has grown more and more to the point of becoming an addiction and from there on I have taught myself more advanced techniques from books, magazines, blogs and online courses. My work is sold mainly online through my website and my Etsy shop but I also sell at craft markets. I have extensive clientele lists who have commissioned me to create bespoke and unique pieces and have attended art and craft events, where I have been able to exhibit my work.

I am inspired by everything around me. I love nature and am fascinated by the organic shapes of trees, leaves, flowers and plants. I adore animals and am in love with bright colours. I love travelling and am always inspired by each trip either through culture, colours, history or just the simple way of life.

All my designs are individually handmade by me, using sterling and fine silver, leather, semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, fair trade materials, Swarovski crystals and Murano glass. All pieces are bespoke and not mass produced and therefore, every piece will be slightly different from the previous one, which will give you a more personal, bespoke and unique look and two pieces would not be identical.

I am based in London. I am always looking to learn new techniques and methods and enjoy improving so that I am able to develop further unique pieces. There is nothing more that makes my day better, than the look of delight when I deliver a bespoke commissioned silver piece to my customers and have the satisfaction of knowing that I have produced their unique piece of jewellery.

My designs are limited editions and are bespoke pieces which will give you a more personal and unique look.

✦ Return Policy for U.K. Customers:

The cooling off period is within 7 business days following delivery of the goods.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time BEFORE we dispatch it by using ETSY CONVOS.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund returned items that are not shipped within 7 business days of delivery.

Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage. The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer.

* In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, EARRINGS (worn or unworn).


* All custom made items / made to order / special orders / reserved listings /personalised/ stamped or engraved initials are not returnable and are not refundable.

It is very important that you inspect your order on delivery. If the items are damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. We DON'T refund damaged items. Damage claims after 48 HOURS from date of delivery will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for returned items that are lost and/or damaged in the post. You must ensure that the returned items are shipped in the original boxes, and packaged for protection with a TRACKABLE shipping service.

Please note we do not offer an exchange service.

We will refund your payment within 30 days after we receive the return.

You must send us a written notice stating that you wish to cancel the contract and include your order number. The return goods must be shipped intact and undamaged within 7 business days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost.

We will not cover any charge associated with shipping any items back to the United Kingdom and reserves the right to refuse returns in the event that any duty, tax, or importation fee is requested upon delivery back to us. If all shipping, duty, tax, and importation fees have been covered by the purchaser and a return is received from outside the United Kingdom, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the merchandise only. Any shipping, duty, tax, or importation fees that were paid upfront on the original transactions are non-refundable.

Please CONTACT us and ask for the "Return Authorization Number" and "Return Address" before sending the product back for a refund.

Please include the following information INSIDE your return package, or your refund may not be processed.
1. Return Merchandise Authorization number. (On outside of package also.)
2. Receipt number / Order number.
3. Your Etsy USER NAME.
4. Your FULL NAME used on PayPal.

The return item must be in the original packaging.

I accept PayPal and Credit cards.
Delivery
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. If you prefer your item to be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, please let me know. The Royal mail 1st class post is not guaranteed or insured.

Please allow up to 14 days for items to be dispatched, as every piece is handmade to order.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

1. International buyers are responsible for all fees including TAXES, HANDLING FEES, and DUTY CHARGES that may be charged once the package reaches your country. Each country has different rules for when and if fees are assessed. If you are unsure of the rules for purchasing from the United Kingdom, then please contact your post office PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

2. It takes approximately 7-10 days for items to be delivered after they have been dispatched. However sometimes customs can delay arrival for longer.

3. We are not responsible for the item once it has been given to the UK postal service.

4. If you have provided an incomplete or incorrect address, are unable/unwilling to accept delivery, or do not pick up your package for ANY REASON, and your package is returned to us for NON-DELIVERY, you may incur additional shipping and handling fees to resend the package to you.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewellery care:

Silver jewellery will tarnish with time and wear. It is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish.

I also recommend you protect your silver jewellery by keeping it in the box/ bag provided with your jewellery and storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.

Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, deodorant etc.

To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work

Size:

Please check that you have the correct size before ordering as refunds/ exchanges are not offered on orders placed with an incorrect size. If you are not sure how to check what size ring/ bracelet you are please contact me for more information.
