Never received. Ordered in February. Sent help request. Still did not receive. Beware of the seller!

I never received the item

Never received item despite talking to seller multiple times and being told it had been sent (it never was). Unfortunately Etsy had to step in and issue a refund.

Ordered this over a month ago. Never received my order. Messaged the seller multiple times and got no response. I had to contact Etsy in order to get a refund. Do not recommend.

This is the first negative review I have written. I was really looking forward to getting these for my little girl's room - seemed like the seller had good reviews and the product looked cute online. My order was processed 2 weeks later than their published processing time of 1-7 business days. When the item was finally shipped 23 days after the purchase was made, there were no shipping details included. Once the window had passed and didn't receive the items, I reached out a few times asking for updates or confirmation. There was no communication from this seller on trying to resolve my issue. Customer service, fulfilment experience, and product delivery all were exceptionally poor. Overall, just incredibly disappointed to have this experience. I had to resort to Etsy stepping in to help resolve.

These presents were a little delayed because of the craze of holiday shipping, but they arrived in perfect condition & well-packaged. These make perfect presents for baby nurseries, kids' rooms, etc. Thank you!

The seller was very kind to received my last minute edit to the colour I wanted, and the item is super cute.

Great quality products and my daughter loves it by first sight! 🥰🥰🥰 we also enjoy the handmade card very much!

Unfortunately the bears arrived incredibly late due to not being shipped on time. Overall quality was just ok but bears don’t match the colour shown in the original post photos. The bears I have are not a nice pink and they are faded and parts are worn off of colour. Sadly just a disappointing purchase.

Absolutely perfect! Arrived packaged safely and in perfect condition. The seller was extremely helpful and even included extra items which was incredibly kind. Will absolutely be back to purchase more
