Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All items are custom printed just for you—nothing mass produced or pre-made. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color, size, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the rare event of a printing defect or damage during shipping. If that happens, please reach out within 3 business days of delivery with a photo so I can help make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed daily at 10:00 AM EST. You’re welcome to cancel or request a change before that time. After processing, your order moves into production and can no longer be canceled or adjusted.

Will the color match what I see on my screen?

Slight color variations can occur due to screen brightness, monitor settings, or lighting. If you're trying to coordinate with a specific paint color or palette, feel free to send a hex code or reference photo—I’m happy to adjust the design when possible before printing.

Can I request a color change or personalization?

Absolutely! Many items can be adjusted to match your space. If you have a color in mind (like a hex code, fabric swatch, or brand palette), just message me before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

How long does shipping take?

All items are custom printed one at a time—this supports mindful production and reduces waste.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by 3-7 business days for shipping, depending on your location and the carrier.

While delays are uncommon, they can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or transit variability. Ordering early is always encouraged if you have a specific timeline in mind.
