PRODUCTION UPDATE
We try to create our accessories for you on a timely manner.
PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE if you would like to have a headpiece by a particular date that is earlier than our production timescale.
This generally works with no problems!
Usually by getting a Currier/Expedited shipping option you will guarantee yourself a quicker turnaround.
In case there are any delays with your order (due to lack or delay of getting the right supplies for example) the we will notify you accordingly.
Dear customers, please feel free to contact me if you have an urgent order (*extra fee of 10% on top of the final price will apply for an urgent order).
EXTRA:
I only put the manufacturing time as a guidance (some designs might be taking longer because of extra components we have to order), otherwise it can be reasonably quick.
We ship with DHL/German Post and here are approximate shipping times:
It takes 5-7 days for mainland Europe to arrive.
And up to 14-20 days for the rest of the world.
CURIER (expedited shipping up to 3 days):
This option is available.
If you can't find it please contact us once placing the order.

This is without doubt the best headpiece I have ever seen, Tatiana is so creative and the piece is beautifully crafted and looked absolutely stunning - even better than the images on the website. Beretk!Ah… is a headwear and accessory brand created by a Russian born, self-taught designer Tatiana Ashakova. Her passion for hat-making grew when she moved to the UK in 2009 and since 2010 she has been creating modern millinery and more.
n materials that are often unconventional, and in designs that ranged from exclusive to whimsical, her exquisitely crafted hats and accessories embody the fashion mood of the moment appealing to both fashionistas and modern brides.
Today, Beretk!Ah… design studio and workroom are all located in the most vibrant Berlin’s area - Kreuzberg, where fashion meets art and art rules the people. Alongside the brand’s showroom in Moscow brings British modern taste in millinery to the Russian audience and one can find Tatiana’s creations travelling across the world showing the art of headwear at events such as London Hat Week and different runways.

We will try to meet your expectations when making and sending of your order however if there is some complicated issue please contact us so we will find a solution for both sides.

Delivery
Therefore please allow some time for manufacturing (in each individual item's description you will find manufacturing times).
As soon as the item is made it is going to be shipped by Deutsche Post/German Postal Service or Expedited Shipping Service if you booked it in advance.
At the moment German Postal Service Overseas is experiencing big delays.
Estimated times in transit:
Europe: 3-7 days
Rest of the world: up to 15 days (in 2022 there are still major delays so please prepare to wait up to a 21-30 days)
Please contact us if you have an urgent order and we will find the best solution for this.
Customs and Duties are down to the customer.

All of the items displayed are samples and if you buy one you will receive the same item however due to the handmade nature of the products your final new product might have slight differences from the one in the picture (you will be notified beforehand if there are any major differences what is a rare case anyway).
