5 out of 5 starsi had an issue with delivery on the delivery companys end and couldnt track the parcel and it didnt arrive on the day it should have. I received the best customer service ever and they checked and made sure everything was okay with the parcel they sent and even offered to send another if it hadnt came in time! so pleased with everything from this company! cant wait to use the camera at our engagement party and see the results! thank you so much again!

Frequently asked questions
I missed my delivery and my order is being returned to the seller, will I get a full refund?
You will get a partial refund. Any postage we paid will not be refunded. This also applies to any item that was eligible for free shipping.
You are responsible for contacting us to let us know.
I had put in an incorrect delivery address, what should I do?
It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.
You will need to contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to sort this out for you if the item hasn't been dispatched yet.
If the item has been dispatched, you may still be able to change the delivery address once it has arrived in the designated country. You may be able to do this by getting in contact with your local delivery courier.
Your order may be returned to us as undelivered. Any postage we paid will not be refunded. This also applies to any item that was eligible for free shipping.
What does 1 month UK warranty mean?
We provide UK warranty for all our used cameras for 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
We will provide you with a free UK shipping label should there be any problem with the camera.
Buyers from outside the UK are to purchase their own shipping label to the UK.
