4 out of 5 starsItems look exactly as pictured. They are a lot stiffer than others I've purchased but hopefully they will soften up. I asked for tracking which all packages have a tracking number and was told that I didn't pay for the tracking number.

I am not responsible for any items that go missing in the post.
For orders outside of the UK - I mark all packages as a 'gift'. But if for some reason custom charges are incurred it is not my responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
For a full head of synthetic dreads you will typically need 35-45 double ended or 45-70 single ended dreads, but this can depend on the thickness of your own hair and the dread themselves.
Please note that I do live in a household with cats, although they do not go into my dread making / supplies room.

Custom and personalised orders
I’m afraid I no longer accept custom orders. I now only make pre made sets. I add new ones to my shop every week 🙂
