Returns and exchange details
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any problems please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge but the buyer must pay for postage costs to return the damaged items back to us. Replacement items will be made once the damaged goods have been received. On receipt of your items, please thoroughly inspect for any defects and inform us within 24 HOURS , we also ask for photographic evidence of both the postage box/envelope and the damaged goods.

If you wish to cancel your order , the 25% booking fee is non refundable if you have booked an advance production slot, and unless the order has began production all other monies will be refunded.

Buttercups Cards accepts both Paypal and Major Debit and Credit Cards which can be paid through online shops such as Etsy or via BACs transfer.

Please check to make sure all spellings and details are correct before we print.

*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HOME DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT*

Samples and Small orders are sent in tissue paper and bubble wrap envelopes.
Large Orders are sent wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap placed into boxes to ensure they all arrive safely.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail which generally takes 2-3 working days from the completion of order NOT purchase date.
All Overseas orders will be sent either via UPS or Royal Mail international this can take up to 15 days.
Local pick up from South Elmsall, Pontefract is equally welcome.

Actual shipping costs vary depending on the exact destination and with the shape, size, and qty of our products.Therefore, we reserve the right to contact you within 2-3 business days to explain any change in shipping.

Frequently asked questions

We do occasionally take on a limited amount of rush orders.
Rush orders are a 1 week turn around with an extra charge of £100 for Invitation orders.


Yes, we normally recommend people to go for the fancy ones for day and a more simplified version for your evening guests.
This is completely down to personal choice though. We can supply you with samples for both if requested.


Absolutely! Just send us exactly what you would like written and we will type it up and send a PDF proof back to you for approval just like any other order. (Excluding samples!)
