I accept Paypal which takes all the mayor credit cards. Payment can also be done via direct payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment is expected within a day of purchase, otherwise the order will be cancelled if not agreed otherwise.

PROCESSING TIME
Some items might not be available at the time of purchase and may take ~1-2 weeks to produce. If you wish to know which items are ready to ship feel free to contact me before your purchase.
Once ready I will ship your item wrapped carefully in a bubblewrap and two boxes each filled up with loose chips, by air mail within 2-3 working days after payment is made.
I will send the Tracking number once the item is shipped.

Shipping is safe. Your ceramic item will be wrapped carefully and packaged into 2 boxes filled up with loose chips or air bags.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
When purchasing more than one item contact me before the purchase to confirm the shipping prices. Every piece is unique in size so it takes additional effort to revise the final shipping price which might be less than the one derived by shipping profiles.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

FOOD SAFETY
All ceramic cups and bowls are food safe. Exceptions are indicated in the listing descriptions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All items should be handled with care as ceramics is a fragile substance. All items are hand-wash only.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All items in the shop are purely handmade thus the process takes 2-3 weeks or more (less for jewelry pieces). If you can't find something in my shop and wish for a custom order (and the waiting period is OK for you) feel free to ping me and we can discuss it further.
