Payment will be taken up front as request is made. The customer should then contact me with the specifics of the request, including, but not limited to, photographs, colour specifications, personalisation details etc.

Once details have been sent, the item will be completed within ten working days. High-resolution photographs of the item will then be sent to the buyer to ensure satisfaction of the buyer before shipping. Normal shipping policies then apply.
