Unfortunately, Needs to be polished repeatedly, very tarnished, but pretty.

I stated in the listing that there was some patina present on this 50+ year old jewelry box, even after I polished it well. Such is the nature of solid brass items that they need regular polishing. Being pregnant, I couldn't polish it immediately prior to shipping.
