1. Collection of Personal Information

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), including but not limited to your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you're ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (e.g. custom order details) in the "notes to seller" area during checkout or through the Etsy convo system.

A. Etsy, I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

B. I will share your personal information with these third parties, The postal service and trusted delivery companies (UPS, FedEx et) are utilized to facilitate the deliveries and other related operations of my shop. But only to the extent necessary to perform their services.

C. Business transfers: Etsy prohibits the sale or transfer of any shop. If I choose to close my shop buyers' personal information will not be transferred or sold. It will be retained as necessary for federal tax compliance.

D. Compliance with Laws: I may retain your personal information to respond to legal process or to government requests; or protect the rights, property and safety of my customers or others.

4. Retention of Personal Information

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as required to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations. I generally keep your data for the following time period of 3 years.

You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me through the Etsy convo system.
